PEAR (Platform Enhancement and Architectural Refresh) included upgrading the corporate, dealer and press websites from AEM 6.0 to 6.4, merging the UK websites into the EU Master Template, code refactoring, and Data Layer and UI/UX enhancements. WLTP required the legally mandated display of real-world fuel consumption and CO2 figures on all Kia websites.

I bring more than 25 years of experience on both the client and delivery sides, in large enterprises and mid-sized companies.

I adapt the way I run a project to the work and the organisation. My experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Product Owner helps me bring delivery teams, business stakeholders and external partners together in traditional, agile and hybrid setups.

  • Led a programme in which five platform migrations went live as planned.
  • Helped recover a delayed Salesforce platform and deliver it in time for market launch in three countries.
