FRATCH changes this with AI that instantly matches companies with the right freelancers and interim managers based on skills, experience, and availability. Instead of waiting days, companies receive relevant candidates in seconds. By automating sourcing and reducing intermediaries, FRATCH improves transparency and cuts hiring costs by up to 75%.

Our Story

Founded in 2022 in Munich, FRATCH was born from firsthand frustration. Our co-founders — Philipp, a former freelance management consultant, and Damian, a seasoned software engineer — both experienced the inefficiencies of traditional recruitment from different sides of the table.

Philipp saw how companies struggled with opaque recruiting processes and rising costs. Damian witnessed the same pain as a freelancer navigating outdated platforms. Together, they set out to build an AI-powered solution that makes freelancer sourcing smarter, faster, and fairer for everyone involved.

Co-Founder & CEO

With 15+ years of experience in management consulting, product development, and go-to-market strategies, Philipp has worked with companies like METRO, ProSieben, and Bolt Mobility. He holds a Master in Entrepreneurship from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and leads FRATCH's vision and business strategy.

Damian Sniatecki

Co-Founder & CTO

Damian is a software engineer and architect with deep expertise in building scalable systems. He studied Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and has built backend microservices and frontend applications for companies including UBS and SEBA Bank. He leads FRATCH's technical development and AI-powered platform.
