MBB Consultant for AI Training (m/f/d)

A company is seeking experienced consultants with a background at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company to join a unique project aimed at translating real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. This initiative requires consultants who can credibly convert authentic project experience into end-to-end examples, ensuring the domain is built by practitioners with firsthand MBB training and standards.

The goal of the project is to build realistic consulting project environments, design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria and quality standards for training and calibrating an LLM-based grading system.

• Build realistic consulting project environments, including detailed project scenarios with industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, breaking projects into tasks that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, due diligence, cost reduction, growth strategy, or operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing a grading approach, evaluation criteria, and golden solutions for each task to train and calibrate an LLM-based grading system.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company.
• Hands-on project experience in:
• Structuring ambiguous client problems.
• Building models and synthesizing findings.
• Producing client-ready deliverables.
• Forming recommendations under uncertainty.
