Description
A leading telco B2C company in Switzerland is looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect to develop a Data & ML platform on AWS. The goal of the project is to create ML models for churn, Customer Lifetime Value, propensity, personalization, and the optimal contact time for each customer. The results will be delivered through Adobe AEP/AJO and BSI.
During the discovery phase, the platform’s target architecture and roadmap will be defined. The Tech Lead will conduct architecture and security reviews with the customer’s AWS Design Authority, facilitate workshops, and act as the central technical point of contact. The implementation phase starts in mid-January 2027 and includes connecting the ML results to Adobe AEP/AJO.

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience, including several years as a Solution or Data Architect
- Strong knowledge of AWS Data & ML technologies: S3, Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation, SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda
- Experience with MarTech/CDP integration, ideally with Adobe AEP and AJO
- Experience in the telco B2C sector
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- German language skills
