Description
A company is looking for a Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in MarTech and Telco Marketing to support initiatives in Zurich. The role involves working on-site 2–3 days per week and contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies and operations within the telecommunications domain.
The goal of the project is to enhance marketing effectiveness through advanced tools and methodologies, focusing on customer retention, pricing strategies, and campaign operations. The SME will play a pivotal role in framing use cases, leading workshops, and capturing business requirements to drive success.
- Frame use cases such as churn, CLV, upsell, cross-sell, and offers.
- Lead workshops on KPI, CLV, offer-rule, and BSI activation.
- Capture business requirements and define success criteria.
- Provide expertise in Telco B2C marketing, retention strategies, pricing, and campaign operations.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud for BSI-style activation and consent management (FADP compliance).
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and workshop leadership.
- Expertise in Telco B2C marketing, retention, pricing, and campaign operations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud and BSI-style activation.
- Knowledge of consent management and compliance with FADP.
- Strong skills in framing use cases and leading activation workshops.
