Description

A company is looking for four Stream Lead Communication experts for a time-critical multi-vendor project to set up a UCC solution (Unified Communications & Collaboration) for verification testing (VT). The goal is to integrate and provide technical leadership for the Communication stream, including the traditional communications platform and related specialist functions. The test setup will serve as the technical basis for a subsequent customer pilot or proof of concept (PoC).

The project includes three main technical streams (Infrastructure, Communication, Contact Center) as well as cross-functional areas such as Security and Service Management. Partners and manufacturers involved include GISA, ALE, novomind, Pexip, vBrick, Secunet/Frafos and Dell. Experience with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) is essential.

  • Provide technical leadership and integrate provisioning, SBC, fax, and ALE/OXE-related communication functions.
  • Have a broad overview and technical know-how of OXE/ALE, voice recording, SPCS, voicemail, and alarm servers.
  • Coordinate provisioning, SBC, and fax.
  • Ensure the interface with the Contact Center stream for shared ALE components.
  • Take an active technical role, not a purely managerial one.

Expected results:

  • Integrated Communication architecture and aligned interfaces.
  • Communication services ready for testing, with clearly documented residual risks.
  • Consolidated stream status and effectively managed issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a time-critical multi-vendor test setup.
  • Strong documentation and evidence management.
  • Experience with technical integration, troubleshooting, and acceptance processes.
  • Willingness to attend on-site appointments (Frankfurt), test windows, and resolve issues under time pressure.
  • Consent to a security clearance check (up to Ü3).
  • Architecture and leadership experience with enterprise communications solutions (Level 5).
  • Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OXE/ALE (Level 5).
  • Signaling, media paths, provisioning, and integration interfaces (Level 4).
  • Voice recording, SPCS, voicemail, alarm servers (overview) (Level 3).
  • Highly available multi-vendor environments and end-to-end testing (Level 4).
  • Provide clear technical leadership to specialists without line-management authority.
  • Hands-on approach, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • No manufacturer certifications required.
  • Consent to a security clearance check (up to Ü3) required.
