Description
A company is looking for an independently delivered technical coordination and documentation service in the context of conversion, decommissioning and retrofit measures in existing facilities. The aim of the project is the technical support and coordination of measures to adapt and modernize technical building services and infrastructure, particularly in the areas of fire alarm systems, emergency power supply and air conditioning systems.
The role includes surveying existing systems, providing technical support for and coordinating conversion and decommissioning measures, coordinating with specialist departments and preparing documentation.
- Survey of the fire alarm system cabling and documentation to provide evidence of E30 alarm signaling.
- Marking and assignment of measuring devices in the project „Betrieb mit Erdgas“.
- Technical support for cable trimming work during the 2028/2029 decommissioning phases.
- Coordination of the conversion of the fire alarm system, emergency power supply and building code fire protection in 2027/2028.
- Preliminary structuring and technical clarification for converting air conditioning and ventilation systems to emergency power.
- Recording and assessment of adjustment requirements in the area of technical building services.
- Review of emergency lighting and needs analysis for escape route and emergency exit lighting.
- Coordination of work permits, isolations and technical details with specialist departments.

Requirements
- Qualification as an electrical specialist.
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering.
- Experience in an industrial plant environment.
- Experience in the technical surveying, documentation and coordination of conversion or decommissioning measures.
- Knowledge of common IT systems.
- German as a native language.
