Description
A company is looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to evaluate existing models and develop new approaches for customer analytics and personalization. The focus is on optimizing churn models, CLV methodologies, and propensity analyses, as well as designing measurement plans for live waves. The goal is to enable data-driven decisions and maximize customer retention and engagement.
The role includes developing and implementing models for personalization and customer-specific engagement windows. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the telco industry and is skilled in applying modern data science techniques and tools.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in data science with production models
- Expertise in Python and AWS SageMaker
- Strong knowledge of churn models, Survival Analysis, and CLV
- Experience in Propensity and Uplift Modelling
- Knowledge of Explainability (SHAP) and Fairness
- Experience with A/B Testing and Causal Inference
- Ability to orchestrate Agentic/LLM workflows
- Extensive experience in the telco industry (explicitly emphasized by the client)
