Elevator emergency call reorganization project: Project to evaluate and define a new technical solution for connecting elevator emergency calls for all facilities of DB InfraGO passenger stations.

Objectives: Secure, redundant connection of all locations across Germany. Definition of the technical solution, documentation, subject-matter support and management of specialist and line organizations.

Management and control of the “Store Q” workstream (approx. 15 people) for the creation and go-live of a consumer OverTheTop (OTT) application for set-top boxes (STB) and mobile devices, with an on-time go-live for approx. 1 million customers.

Planning of all stream activities for the on-time E2E implementation of the StoreQ app and provision of purchase content, involving all internal and external suppliers as part of the “Neue TV-Plattform Ethan/Q” program.
