I am a Senior IT Project and Program Manager with over 20 years of experience leading complex, international IT transformation programs. My focus is on end-to-end project control – from conception through governance and stakeholder management to successful implementation and transition to operations. In my previous assignments, I have been responsible for extensive workplace transformations, cloud migrations and rollout programs with up to 14,000 clients.
