Description
Customer has relied on Lotus Notes and Domino for decades. Over time, an ecosystem of various applications/processes/interfaces has developed around this application. The customer is now switching from Lotus Notes/Domino to Microsoft (Outlook/Teams). A current as-is analysis is underway to determine which applications/processes/interfaces are in use. Based on this, the customer will decide what is still needed and then these topics will be implemented in the MS environment.
Your tasks:
- Autonomous management of the project
- Analysis and evaluation of project progress
- Independent stakeholder management
- Monitoring project status and creating status reports
- Conflict management when needed
- Scope management
- Independent risk management
Requirements
- Experience in leading and coordinating IT projects
- Experience in migrating from Lotus Notes
- Ability to manage and control complex projects and to structure complex topics into customer-focused solutions
- Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment
- Assertiveness and ability to act decisively even in difficult situations
