Description
To support the SOX audit at our client, we are looking for an experienced SOX expert with a solid background in auditing, ideally from a Big 4 firm. The role includes evaluating PwC audit requirements, assisting with regulatory questions, and advising management and internal controls teams in the SOX and ICFR environment. You will also act as a sparring partner for external auditors and help argue scope, audit depth, and evidence requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of SOX audits and ICFR assessments
- Background at a Big 4 audit firm
- Extensive experience in control testing and materiality assessment
- Fluent German skills and experience in stakeholder management
