- Steering and supporting the next phase of a procurement transformation program
- Active stakeholder management across procurement, engineering, operations, production, and management
- Ensuring the implementation of already defined measures and savings levers
- Challenging category managers, department heads, and stakeholders on progress, accountability, and contribution to results
- Moderating and resolving conflicts of objectives between business units and procurement
- Preparing and facilitating critical decision-making and escalation meetings
- Building and ensuring transparency on the status of measures, risks, and dependencies
- Supporting program management on governance, steering, and escalation topics
- Coaching procurement managers and category leads
- Consistently following up on agreements, decisions, and savings initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or purchasing
- Several years of experience as an interim manager, procurement lead, or transformation lead
- Proven success in complex performance and transformation programs
- Experience in industrial, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or production environments
Strong skills in: Stakeholder management Conflict management Negotiation at management level Change and implementation management
