Description
- Steering and supporting the next phase of a procurement transformation program
- Active stakeholder management across procurement, engineering, operations, production, and management
- Ensuring the implementation of already defined measures and savings levers
- Challenging category managers, department heads, and stakeholders regarding progress, commitment, and contribution to results
- Facilitating and resolving conflicting goals between departments and procurement
- Preparing and moderating critical decision-making and escalation rounds
- Building and ensuring transparency on measure status, risks, and dependencies
- Supporting program management with governance, control, and escalation topics
- Coaching procurement managers and category leads
- Consistent follow-up on agreements, decisions, and savings initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcing
- Several years of experience as an interim manager, procurement lead, or transformation lead
- Proven success in complex performance and transformation programs
- Experience in industrial, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or production environments
Strong skills in: Stakeholder management Conflict management Negotiation at management level Change and implementation management
