- Leading and supporting the next phase of a procurement transformation program
- Active stakeholder management across Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Production, and Management
- Ensuring the implementation of already defined measures and savings levers
- Challenging category managers, department heads, and stakeholders on progress, commitment, and contribution to results
- Moderating and resolving conflicts of interest between business functions and Procurement
- Preparing and moderating critical decision-making and escalation meetings
- Establishing and ensuring transparency on the status of measures, risks, and dependencies
- Supporting program management with governance, steering, and escalation topics
- Coaching procurement managers and category leaders
- Consistently following up on agreements, decisions, and savings initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement
- Several years of experience as an Interim Manager, Procurement Lead, or Transformation Lead
- Proven track record of success in complex performance and transformation programs
- Experience in industrial, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or production environments
Strong skills in: Stakeholder management Conflict management Negotiation at management level Change and implementation management
