Description
- Full ownership of product design from problem framing through discovery to delivery and iteration
- End-to-end design of complex, data-driven user flows for a regulated product
- 0-to-1 projects: bring new concepts from a blank page to a shipped feature
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) in a fast-moving environment
- Use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, etc.) for rapid prototyping and validation
- Communicate design rationale with clear presentations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex design projects
- Portfolio shows real product work (not just polished case study decks)
- Strong command of visual and interaction design quality standards
- Experience with complex, data-rich or regulated products (Payroll, Fintech, HR Tech, Shipping, Healthcare or similar)
- Data-driven mindset: you use product metrics and user research to validate design decisions
- Strong communication skills; confident presentation of design rationale to leadership
