Description
A company is looking for an experienced specialist in work preparation and work planning. The aim of the project is to support the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance measures, particularly in the field of power plant technology. The role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP systems as well as experience in occupational safety and strategic communication.
Requirements
- Independent creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the SAP system.
- Continuous monitoring of purchasing processes and the budget.
- Monitoring the call-off and invoicing behavior of contracted service providers.
- Supporting project managers in preparing and evaluating bills of quantities for tenders.
- Determining requirements for future framework agreements and calculating contract volumes.
- Organizing, participating in and leading schedule meetings.
- Monitoring the services provided by service providers to ensure compliance and proper execution.
- Conducting on-site inspections with potential bidders.
- Several years of proven experience in the relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP system, particularly the PM and MM modules.
- Experience in power plant technology, preferably in fossil-fueled power plants.
- Good knowledge of the Power Plant Identification System (KKS).
- Good command of German, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of occupational safety when working with external contractors.
- Experience in planning, coordinating and executing maintenance measures.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.
- Ability to communicate strategically.
- Experience in preparing project schedules.
