Description
A company is looking for an Electrical Engineering Specialist to support demanding projects in the field of low- and medium-voltage technology. The aim of the project is to plan, install and commission switchgear, while ensuring quality and efficiency across various project phases. The role includes the independent management and coordination of measures in new project construction, as well as quality assurance and documentation.
Requirements
Completed degree in electrical or power engineering, or comparable technical training.
Sound expertise in low- and medium-voltage technology.
Project experience in power plants, particularly in the planning, installation and commissioning of switchgear.
Knowledge of emergency power supply systems, fire alarm systems, lightning protection and related cabling systems.
Experience in planning and carrying out complex construction measures.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Structured and self-motivated way of working.
Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint is desirable.
Fluent German, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of checking existing and new documentation.
Independent support of planning companies and contractors, including review and quality assurance.
Preparation and control of budget plans, as well as budget controlling.
Preparation of decision templates to resolve technical, scheduling and commercial issues.
Assessment of technical changes with regard to scope, budget and schedule.
Coordination with specialist departments and participation in project meetings.
Review and assessment of electrical engineering tender documents.
Support in awarding contracts and evaluating bids.
Management of detailed design and interface management between system suppliers and subcontractors.
Quality assurance during implementation and performance of acceptances.
Ensuring proper documentation.
