Technical Owner's Support (m/f/d)

A company is looking for a Technical Owner's Support specialist to support projects in the field of plant and power plant engineering. The aim of the project is to plan, coordinate and carry out complex construction measures for new-build projects. The role includes independently handling topics related to project management and supporting the client in coordinating the project participants.

• Independently handling topics related to the client's project management team on the construction site.
• Independently coordinating planners, specialist engineers and executing companies as part of the owner's support.
• Participating in project and construction meetings, as well as preparing and processing the information received for reports.
• Supporting the client in coordinating the project participants.
• Monitoring construction progress, identifying potential schedule risks and developing proposals to minimize them.
• Comparing construction progress with the schedule and supporting documentation.
• Preparing project-related reports.

• Completed university of applied sciences or university degree, e.g. a Master's or diploma degree in civil engineering or a comparable field.
• Sound process engineering knowledge in the field of plant and power plant engineering, as well as project experience in the power plant sector.
• Experience in project management.
• Good communication skills and a structured, proactive way of working.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office products; experience with SharePoint is desirable.
• German language skills at C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience in planning, coordinating and carrying out complex construction measures for new-build projects.
