Description
A company is looking for an experienced 3rd Fire Protection Sub-Section Coordinator to take on complex fire protection tasks. The aim of the project is to carry out a comprehensive comparison between the fire protection documentation and the actual structural condition, as well as to prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Independently carrying out a comparison between the fire protection documentation and the actual condition
- Preparing and analyzing a condition report
- Preparing as-built documentation based on photos, drawings and measurements
- Documenting the actual structural condition, including fire protection-related structural components, systems and facilities
- Preparing and updating plans with fire protection details
- On-site inspection to analyze the functionality and condition of fire protection equipment
- Comparing the requirements from approval notices and fire protection concepts with the actual condition
- Identifying and documenting deviations, defects or inconsistencies
- Preparing digital and paper-based documentation, including defect lists and comparison lists
- Consulting with the customer in the event of acute fire protection defects
Requirements
- Qualification as a technician in plant engineering with proven experience in personnel management
- Confident use of MS Office products
- Good command of German, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of occupational safety when working with external companies
- Advanced knowledge of the HSE Management System, Part 4C
- Experience in planning, coordinating and carrying out complex construction measures in the area of new project construction
- Valid certificate as a fire protection officer throughout the entire period of activity
- Advanced knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG), the Industrial Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) and the Technical Rules for Industrial Safety (TRBS)
- Basic knowledge of employment and contract law
