Description
A company is looking for an experienced site manager in the field of plant engineering. The aim of the project is to plan, coordinate and carry out complex construction measures as part of new project construction. The role includes the independent management and supervision of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards, and guaranteeing occupational safety.
- Independent preparation and monitoring of schedules.
- Review and evaluation of bills of quantities through to tender readiness.
- Quality assurance of the services performed by contractors.
- Continuous reporting to the responsible departments.
- Ongoing schedule monitoring and early identification of risks, with suitable measures initiated.
- Conducting inspections and developing proposed measures.
- Organizing and conducting status meetings and schedule discussions.
- Monitoring occupational safety and HSE indicators on construction sites.
- Coordination and alignment with the trades involved.
- Following up on identified defects and developing measures to remedy them.
Requirements
- Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering.
- Demonstrable experience in personnel management.
- Confident use of MS Office products.
- Good command of German, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of occupational safety when working with external contractors.
- Advanced knowledge of the HSE management system, Part 4C.
- Experience in planning, coordinating and carrying out complex construction measures.
- Advanced knowledge of the relevant regulations (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, BImSchG, TRBS).
