Description
A company is looking for an experienced architect for a subproject as part of the modernization of a core banking solution. The goal is the re-engineering of a Java-based application for loan processing. The architect will work independently in an external team that works remotely, with occasional assignments in Frankfurt am Main.
- Development and implementation of a modern architecture for the application
- Ensuring security by design and secure coding
- Integration of cloud and migration solutions
- Support with test automation and DevOps processes
- Collaboration with the team on implementing microservices and REST APIs
Requirements
- At least 7 years of architecture experience in the banking environment
- Very strong Java and full-stack skills
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation
- Cloud and migration know-how
- Ideally iSAQB or a comparable architecture certification
- Experience with lending business, credit processes, or other banking topics is an advantage
