Description
A company is looking for an experienced coach who will support the CTO in developing a technical vision and turning the product strategy into a technical strategy. The ideal candidate has experience leading hardware and software development teams and can act as a sparring partner for the CTO.
The coach will work closely with the CTO to develop a clear technical vision and translate the product strategy into an actionable technical strategy. In addition, the coach will advise and support the CTO on strategic and technical matters.
- Analyze the current technical strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of a clear technical vision.
- Work with the CTO and other leaders to strengthen the product strategy.
Requirements
- Experience leading HW and SW development teams.
- Ability to develop and implement technical visions.
