Description
A company is looking for a Forward Deploy Engineer to support customers with the implementation of an existing software solution based on ElevenLabs. The main focus is on configuring the solution as well as optimizing and creating prompts to ensure the best possible functionality and user experience. Experience in integrating AI voicebots is also required to seamlessly integrate the solution into the customer's existing infrastructure.
The role includes working closely with the customer to understand their requirements, as well as providing technical implementation and support throughout the entire implementation process.
- Support with the implementation of an existing software solution based on ElevenLabs
- Configure the software solution according to the customer's specific requirements
- Develop and optimize prompts for the software
- Integrate AI voicebots into the customer's existing infrastructure
- Work with the customer to analyze and implement technical requirements
- Train and support the customer in using the implemented solution
Requirements
- Experience in implementing and configuring software solutions
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization
- Experience integrating AI voicebots
- Technical understanding of solutions based on ElevenLabs
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and work in a customer-focused manner
