Description
A company in Bavaria is looking for an experienced Interim Manager to implement and further develop AI-supported processes in controlling. The goal of the project is to assess and introduce innovative AI tools and increase the efficiency of controlling processes.
The role includes further developing reporting and analysis processes with Power BI and AI-supported evaluations, integrating data sources such as DATEV, Google Workspace and specialist systems, and setting up forecasting and planning models. The Interim Manager will also train employees in using AI applications and provide cross-departmental advice to systematically increase efficiency.
- Selection, evaluation and introduction of AI-supported tools in controlling.

- Advising management and specialist departments on AI-supported decision-making processes.
- Professional management of the team in transformation projects.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics, data science or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, particularly in transformation and digitalization projects.
- Experience in the professional management of team members in transformation projects.
- Initial experience with AI applications in finance and controlling is desirable.
- High flexibility and willingness to learn when working with new tools and technologies.
- Confident use of Power BI, Excel and Google Workspace; experience with DATEV is an advantage.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
