Description
A company is looking for an experienced AI Testing / Quality Manager to ensure quality assurance and impact measurement in an AI project. The goal of the project is to ensure testing and rollout quality gates and to define and establish KPIs and processes for quality control and impact measurement.
In this role, the candidate will take on a key position to maximize the quality and efficiency of the project.
- Ensuring testing and rollout quality gates.
- Defining and establishing KPIs for impact measurement.
- Developing and implementing processes for quality control.
- Working with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the project goals.
- Identifying and resolving quality issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI testing and quality management.
- Knowledge of defining and implementing KPIs.
- Experience in developing processes for quality control and impact measurement.
- Ability to analyze and implement complex technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in German; English skills are an advantage.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
