Description

A company is looking for an experienced project manager to lead AI projects in a customer service / voice startup. The goal is to develop and implement innovative AI solutions that improve the efficiency and quality of customer service.

In this role, the project manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering AI projects, while working closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Lead and oversee AI projects from concept to implementation.
Work with technical teams to ensure project goals are met.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and manage risks and challenges.
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure project requirements are met.
Support the development of strategies to integrate AI into customer service.

Requirements

Experience in project management, ideally in AI projects.
Knowledge in the area of customer service and voice technologies.
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
Fluent German, English is a plus.
Experience with agile project management methods is desirable.
