A company is looking for an experienced freelance recruiter with a strong background in the telephone pre-qualification of candidates. The ideal person has at least 1–2 years of practical experience conducting telephone interviews, communicating with applicants, following up on processes, and systematically handing suitable candidates over to clients. The role requires a professional telephone manner, a reliable and committed way of working, and a good sense for people and suitable profiles. Experience in active sourcing and headhunting is an advantage but not required.
