Description
A company is looking for an experienced AI Conversational Expert to take on the design and optimization of user experience and conversation flows for AI use cases. The goal of the project is to develop innovative and user-friendly conversational flows that meet the specific requirements of the respective AI use cases.
In this role, the expert will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices for designing AI-supported dialogues and ensure that the user experience is intuitive and effective.
Main responsibilities:
- Design and development of user experience and conversation flows for AI use cases.
- Development and optimization of conversational flows.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to understand and implement the requirements of AI use cases.
- Analysis and improvement of existing dialogue structures based on user feedback and data.
- Ensuring the consistency and quality of conversation flows across different platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and developing conversational flows for AI applications.
- Knowledge of UX design and conversation flows.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into user-friendly dialogue structures.
- Experience with tools and platforms for conversational AI (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize dialogues.
- Fluent German, English skills are an advantage.
