Description
A company is looking for three experienced Senior Java Developers for a subproject as part of the modernization of a core banking solution. The goal is to re-engineer a Java-based application for loan processing. The developers will work independently in an external team that operates remotely, with occasional assignments in Frankfurt am Main.
- Development and modernization of the Java-based application
- Implementation of microservices and REST APIs
- Use of PostgreSQL for database solutions
- Support with CI/CD and DevOps processes
- Ensuring clean code and security
- Performing code reviews and test automation
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack Java experience
- Experience in banks, financial service providers, or securities institutions
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST
- Experience with PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Knowledge of test automation and cloud migration
- Ideally experience with LLMs / AI-assisted development
