A company in the financial sector is looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) for the document management system (DMS) cuSmarText. The aim of the project is to support the analysis and processing of user inquiries and to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
The role includes supporting and advising users, analyzing and resolving errors, and documenting support cases. The focus is on optimizing system functionality and developing solutions for problems that arise.
