Description
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Carry out general ledger entries, including accruals, prepayments, and deferrals
- Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes; ensure invoicing and payments are handled correctly and on time
- Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare documentation for audits and communicate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting and finance systems
- Work with the Finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent certification) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (local GAAP or IFRS)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing financial records
- Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to work with team members and stakeholders
