Senior ServiceNow Security Operations Consultant (m/f/d)

A company is looking for an experienced consultant to further develop its existing ServiceNow Security Operations platform. The focus is on Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Application Vulnerability Response, and Container Security.

The goal of the project is to optimize and expand the existing security solutions, integrate additional scanners and data sources, and introduce new security modules. The consultant will work closely with the team to implement technical solutions and ensure knowledge transfer.

• Further development of the existing VR and SIR solution
• Integration of additional vulnerability scanners and security data sources
• Introduction of Application Vulnerability Response (AVR)
• Integration of Webcheck, DAST, SAST, and penetration test results
• Introduction of Container Vulnerability Response
• Integration of container-based security data sources
• Support for the ongoing SIR implementation
• Implementation of REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow extensions
• Creation of technical documentation and knowledge transfer

• Several years of experience with ServiceNow Security Operations
• Solid knowledge of Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Experience with scanner integrations (e.g. Rapid7)
• Knowledge in the area of Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Experience with CMDB/asset management
• REST/SOAP interfaces
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Business Rules and Script Includes
• Knowledge in the area of Container Security
