Description
A company is looking for a UX Engineer at short notice in the area of vehicle logistics. The goal of the project is to support a team with an operational focus. The role requires close collaboration with UX/UI designers as well as the maintenance and further development of UI libraries and design systems.
- Maintenance, further development, and optimization of the UI library.
- Technical implementation and further development of the design system in close collaboration with UX designers.
- Development and optimization of frontend components and UI solutions.
- Translation of UX and design specifications into high-performing and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- Support for the team with frontend and UX-related questions.
- Ensuring a consistent user experience across different applications and components.
- Contributing to the further development of the existing frontend landscape.
- Taking on an operational role in day-to-day business that is as broad as possible.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in frontend development.
- Very good knowledge of UI development and user experience.
- Pi-shaped profile: solid frontend expertise combined with a broader understanding of UX.
- Experience in maintaining and further developing UI libraries.
- Experience in the technical implementation of design systems.
- Experience working with UX/UI designers.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), ideally with Thymeleaf.
- Hands-on mindset and enjoyment of operational work.
- Ability to support a development team both professionally and practically.
