- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist HR role, with hands-on experience supporting managers and employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of German Employment Law and confidence applying it to real-world Employee Relations situations
- Strong relationship builder and networker – you invest in deep relationships with the teams you support
- Hands-on experience with Performance Management or Talent Development processes; understanding of consistent and fair execution
- Genuine curiosity about the Business Context – you actively seek to understand Organisational Strategy, Domain Knowledge and Commercial Dynamics
- Use People Data and Metrics to inform decisions; identify trends and formulate well-founded Recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in High-Growth Tech, Defence, Deep-Tech or a similarly complex, regulated environment
- Exposure to Organisational Design, Workforce Planning or Talent Strategy
- Experience across multiple European Employment Jurisdictions (in addition to Germany)
- Proven Track Record of building internal networks for better People Partnering
