Freelance Support for International Employee Surveys (m/f/d)

A company is looking for an experienced freelance support professional with expertise in Employee Experience, People Analytics, and Project Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company-wide employee surveys - from planning and execution to coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as analyzing the results and deriving action recommendations.

You will coordinate survey processes across different countries, agencies, and business units, ensure the quality of the underlying data, and support the further development of questionnaires and reporting structures. In addition, you will help prepare results for management and leaders, as well as support communication around the surveys.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and can independently handle complex projects. Experience in international organizations or in an agency and consulting environment is a plus.

Main tasks:

• Manage and further develop company-wide employee surveys
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze results and derive action recommendations
• Coordinate survey processes across countries, agencies, and business units
• Ensure data quality and further develop questionnaires and reporting structures
• Support the preparation of results for management and leaders
• Communication around the surveys

• Several years of experience in employee surveys, People Analytics, or market research
• Expertise in survey tools, data analysis, pulse surveys, and dashboard solutions (e.g. Power BI)
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
• Structured, proactive, and independent way of working
• Confident stakeholder management
• Fluent communication in German and English
• Ability to keep both operational details and strategic questions in view
• Experience in international organizations or in an agency and consulting environment is an advantage
