Description
An internationally active company in kitchen manufacturing is looking for experienced executive coaches to provide strategic support to the VP Sales. The project focuses on professional, peer-level advice in developing and validating a market entry strategy for the USA and Asia – not on operational implementation.
Your responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring the VP Sales in developing a viable go-to-market strategy
- Advising on cultural and structural specifics of the US and Asian markets
- Strategic exchange at eye level and sparring on market entry opportunities
- Support in validating and refining the market entry strategy
- Sharing knowledge on regional best practices and success factors
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on sales experience in the USA and/or Asia
- Leadership experience in sales (e.g. Sales Manager, VP Sales, or similar roles)
- Ability to act as a coach at eye level – not as a classic trainer without operational experience
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies in international markets
- German language skills are a plus, but not required
- Flexible location options; candidates from the USA or Asia are also suitable
