Description
An internationally active full-service agency has implemented Workday as its central HR tool, which is managed by the holding organization. The aim of the project is to further develop Workday and connect it with other tools in order to create AI workflows and achieve a higher level of automation. To do this, the agency works together with an external development agency.
The role of the Solution Architect includes evaluating and implementing work packages from the backlog as well as working closely with the external development agency. The Solution Architect will brief the agency and critically challenge its solution proposals in order to achieve the best possible results.
- Evaluation and prioritization of work packages from the backlog
- Analysis of the feasibility of requirements in Workday
- Briefing the external development agency
- Critical review and challenge of solution proposals
- Support with the integration of Workday with other tools
- Driving automation and AI workflows
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Workday as a Solution Architect
- Knowledge of integrating Workday with other tools
- Experience working with external development agencies
- Ability to evaluate and challenge technical solution proposals
- Fluent German and English skills
- Independent and structured way of working
