Description
An internationally active full-service agency has implemented Workday as its central HR tool, managed by the holding organization. The goal of the project is to further develop Workday and connect it with other tools to create AI workflows and achieve a higher level of automation. To this end, the agency is working with an external development agency.
The Solution Architect's role includes evaluating and implementing work packages from the backlog, as well as working closely with the external development agency. The Solution Architect will brief the agency and critically review its proposed solutions to achieve the best possible results.

Requirements
- In-depth experience with Workday as a Solution Architect
- Knowledge of integrating Workday with other tools

- Fluent in German and English
- Independent and structured way of working
