Description
A company is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Coach who will support the AI team and make sure the way of working is compatible with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The focus is on a realistic implementation of Scrum that is based on the team’s actual needs and not strictly done "by the book". In addition, support is needed in backlog management. Ideally, the candidate brings a hardware background to better understand and support the team’s specific requirements.
- Support the AI team in implementing and improving agile processes.
- Ensure compatibility with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Promote a realistic and pragmatic Scrum implementation.
- Support backlog management and task prioritization.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to improve team collaboration.
- Coach the team and stakeholders in agile principles and practices.
- Use hardware know-how to better integrate agile processes into technical projects.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in an AI or technology team.
- Solid knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Ability to implement Scrum in a pragmatic way and adapt it to the team’s needs.
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluent German and English.
- Ideally experience or a background in hardware development.
