Description
A company is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Coach to support the AI team and ensure that its way of working is compatible with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The focus is on implementing Scrum realistically, based on the team's actual needs rather than following it strictly "by the book". Additional support is needed with backlog management. Ideally, the candidate has a hardware background to better understand and support the team's specific requirements.
- Support the AI team in implementing and optimizing agile processes.
- Ensure compatibility with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Promote a realistic and pragmatic implementation of Scrum.
- Support backlog management and task prioritization.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to improve team collaboration.
- Coach the team and stakeholders in agile principles and practices.
- Apply hardware expertise to better integrate agile processes into technical projects.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in an AI or technology team.
- Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Ability to implement Scrum pragmatically and adapt it to the team's needs.
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ideally, experience or a background in hardware development.
