• Transformation Consultant, Release Train Engineer and Program Lead – responsible for the new Way of Working in the Open Gateway Program; optimizing the flow of value by ensuring the ART events and artifacts function correctly, including the Open Gateway Release Train Kanban, Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshop, ART Sync Meetings, and PI Planning to ensure stakeholder alignment;

• Implemented a large agile transformation program across different domains, areas and teams based on the SAFe Framework;
• Intensive work on the domain level by coaching with several teams: increasing considerably the team performance to ensure delivery of real business outcomes by enabling self-organization, transparency, collaboration and focus while unleashing the power and human potential in teams;
• Shape an agile mindset that supports the new way of working and the transformation in a sustainable way from the inside out by using personalized coaching and relationship systems coaching tools;
