• Current state & interviews: Analysis of team structure, roles, responsibilities, dependencies, knowledge distribution, seniority, and agile maturity through one-on-one, team, and stakeholder interviews.
• Team diagnosis & risks: Structured assessment of skill level, ownership, willingness to learn, collaboration, communication, and team fit; analysis of knowledge concentration, risks for operations, team, and product, as well as external perception with root causes and improvement suggestions.
• Target-state options & impact analysis: Development of structural options and assessment of their effects on collaboration, delivery speed, responsibilities, quality, and knowledge distribution.
• Organizational design & alignment: Introduction of measures to distribute knowledge and responsibility, improve collaboration with departments and external teams, define the stakeholder communication framework, and provide recommendations for involvement in the technology relaunch.
• Management decision basis: Documentation of implemented measures and their effects; option catalog with risks, consequences, and scenarios for team and product, plus a final overall recommendation. The scoped analysis and optimization assignment was successfully completed at the end of June 2026.

Current tasks

• Scrum Master / Agile Coach for two complex teams: Further development of agile collaboration and self-organization, facilitation of Scrum events, and impediment management.
• Delivery & team development: Improvement of requirements and refinement processes, clarification of roles, responsibilities, and workflows, as well as further development of the team and knowledge distribution.
• Cross-functional alignment: Coordination between development, Product Owner, Requirements Engineering, UX/UI, architecture, and stakeholders.
• Cross-area analysis: Examination of communication paths, process deviations, dependencies, processing times, and status transparency, with derivation of concrete improvement measures.

Ongoing conception, planning, and facilitation of custom team offsites, innovation workshops, and trainings.

Design, implementation, and scaling of agile ways of working in a corporate context.

Agile pilot programs, operating model, and enablement

• Pilot programs: planning, launch, and support of agile teams in B2B digitalization, B2C OneApp, Data & AI, Fiber, Security, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Coaching: supporting cross-functional teams and leaders in agile principles, role understanding, and goal orientation.
• End-to-end flows: harmonization of connected marketing flows as well as mapping of processes in Jira and Confluence.
• Operating model: co-design of a company-wide agile operating model with top management and HR; standardization of roles, processes, and decision-making paths.
• Training programs: modular formats for PMs, POs, leaders, and beginners on Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, Agile Leadership, product development, Jira, and Confluence.
• Culture & learning: facilitation of Open Space and company-wide exchange formats; use of Liberating Structures and Lean Coffee.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Encouraging cooperation between design, product, engineering, and marketing.

• OKRs: Introduction and further development of team-based Objectives and Key Results as well as alignment of team goals with the company strategy.
• Company values: Co-design of the redesign and support of the company-wide rollout involving all hierarchy levels.
• Leadership Coaching: 1:1 support for leaders and team leads as well as facilitation of cross-team workshops.

Jira and Confluence

• Jira: Refinement of board design, issue types, masks, and automations, as well as clear definitions of ready/done and WIP limits.
• Confluence: Built as a knowledge hub with space structure, templates, and automatic linking of Jira tickets, documentation, and release notes.
• Reporting: Dashboards for cycle/lead time, throughput, and aging WIP, as well as training and onboarding for long-term use.

Leading digitalization projects with agile and hybrid approaches in public administration.

Project PASS · Disability ID Card · Ministry of Social Affairs · 2014–2016

• Led an agile project team of up to seven people and was responsible for budget (around €1 million), schedule, and scope.
• Delivery within scope, budget, and time using an adapted Scrum framework; stakeholder and requirements management as well as resource planning and reporting.

Project BEVE · Complaint Procedure · Ministry of Social Affairs · 2015–2016

• Led a cross-functional digitalization team with budget responsibility of around €500,000.
• Introduced agile practices and Scrum events as well as close coordination with specialist departments and ministry contacts.

• Facilitated cross-team retrospectives with data-driven analysis and built structured processes for organizational impediments.

• Program management of a strategic large-scale project with up to 13 people and around €600,000 in budget responsibility.
