Summary
The deep integration of artificial intelligence into the core processes of modern businesses has forced a radical rethinking — both in management hierarchy and in operational role models. It's not enough to roll out tools. What's missing is the bridge between strategic intent and algorithmic impact. This exact bridge is the professional role I've been filling for years: Applied Strategic AI Manager.
My job is not to train models. My job is to ask the right questions, own the AI architecture, and design human-machine collaboration so that it generates economic output — not just activity. Three disciplines support this work: a strategic bridge between the C-level and implementation layer, a compliance gatekeeper (EU AI Act, GDPR, explainability), and a BIAS-Hunter — identifying cognitive and data biases before they lead to costly wrong decisions.
