The deep integration of artificial intelligence into the core processes of modern companies has forced a radical rethink — in both management hierarchies and operational role models. My job is not to train models. My job is to ask the right questions, take responsibility for the AI architecture, and shape human-machine collaboration so that it produces business results — not just activity. Three disciplines underpin this work: a strategic bridge between the C-suite and the implementation level, a gatekeeper for compliance (EU AI Act, GDPR, explainability), and a BIAS hunter — identifying cognitive and data-related biases before they lead to costly mistakes.
