- Action: As lead advisor with SILUNO GmbH, reviewed IT security and identity, Zero Trust segmentation, documentation, governance, business continuity, disaster recovery and digitalisation. Assessed site dependencies, Microsoft licensing, tenant consolidation and cost management.
- Result: Delivered a prioritised decision roadmap of 14 initiatives: three short term, six medium term and five long term. It addresses IT/OT risks and resilience through the leadership transition. Implementation is not documented.
External Engagement: Lead Solution Architect, Agentic AI Platform
- Challenge: Enable enterprise automation while protecting sensitive data and integrating with existing systems.
- Action: Designed a modular architecture with local data storage, anonymisation, agent orchestration, workflow execution and system integration; built an executable executive prototype.
- Result: The working demonstration showed technical feasibility and received positive evaluation, giving leadership a basis for deciding next steps. No production deployment is documented.
External Client Delivery during HCLTech Employment: Cyber Resilience Architect
- Challenge: Align a bank-wide response to cyberattacks, outages and regulatory demands across mainframe, cloud, virtualisation and applications.
- Action: As architecture lead for the HCLTech client engagement, connected cybersecurity, backup and recovery, managed services, SOC and incident response into an integrated target architecture and operating model; coordinated 50+ contributors and led proposition pricing.
- Result: Produced an aligned architecture and operating model for an enterprise resilience programme and a €53M proposition. The work prepared for subsequent implementation; implementation is not documented here.

External Client Engagement via Convotis: Lead Consultant and IT Architect
- Challenge: Bring several learning platforms together in a modern B2C platform, giving learners central access to content and tasks while preparing for cloud and AI capabilities.
- Action: As an external advisor via Convotis, designed a Kubernetes-based target architecture, identity and access management approach and multi-year consolidation roadmap. Shaped the product vision around personalisation, recommendations, learning analytics and workflow automation.
- Result: Defined a scalable target architecture and prioritised roadmap for a platform programme with sold scope above €3M TCV. Personalisation and AI were future stages; no production AI deployment is claimed.
