Summary
I combine software architecture, AI/data solution design, cloud platform design, GenAI engineering, and AI governance. My focus: production-ready AI and data solutions in enterprise environments with Agentic AI, Azure AI, Anthropic Claude, RAG, modern data platforms, API/integration architectures, CI/CD, observability, and clear regulatory guardrails.
AI makes code cheap - deployment, operations, and responsibility stay expensive. A system is not done when AI spits out error-free code; it is done when it runs safely, performs well, is observable, and is compliant in production. AI has shifted the bottleneck: away from the keyboard, toward decisions, governance, and quality assurance - and that is exactly where I come in.
I work on the points where initiatives go off track: target architecture, technical decisions, integration into existing landscapes, operational readiness, and governance. By combining computer science, law, and leadership experience, I translate between business, IT, management, and compliance.
