In Deutsche Bank’s group-wide GDPR program, responsible for translating regulatory requirements into concrete business requirements for business and IT teams (Jira: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria). Developed the deletion and reporting concept for the private and corporate banking divisions, including integration into existing core systems. Led workshops and interviews across EMEA for requirements analysis and definition of target processes (BPMN, UML). Also led the GDPR task force with responsibility for resources, budget, and team, plus reporting to top management. Result: GDPR-compliant deletion and reporting concept implemented on time, with interfaces between business units and IT aligned.

As part of the digital transformation at Airbus Defence & Space, responsible for the feasibility study as well as the cost and resource plan for the new SharePoint intranet “The Hub”. Archived the existing intranet content in the OpenText archive and developed the business architecture and identity and access management. Result: solid basis for decision-making and migration for the new intranet portal.

Functional/Business Analyst · Duplicate Payments (07/2017 – 10/2017):

Analyzed and documented national and international payment processes to prevent duplicate payments. Developed an end-to-end process flow across more than 30 applications and created and implemented access concepts (UML, BPMN, MS Visio). Result: current state fully documented and best practices for process improvement established.
