I have ongoing assignments on the topics of leadership and communication. Developing mission statements, goals, and strategies to reach the target state. Clarifying values, resolving conflicts, and supporting the personal development of managers and employees are the focus. Support in corporate management and motivation. In this process, the people involved are also given space to verbalize fears in change processes; resistance is identified and resolved.

• Through my many years of entrepreneurial experience, I combine expert and process consulting into a complementary approach that enables practical support, especially for owner-managed SMEs. In doing so, I combine a strategic perspective with operational effectiveness because I take both the entrepreneur's and the external consultant's point of view and thus anchor changes sustainably.
• I support employee-oriented transformation processes in which communication architectures for Working Space 4.0 are developed and agile roles, methods, and techniques are used effectively. In doing so, I help companies to resolve resistance and identify behaviors that oppose an agile mindset. I promote understanding and practical implementation of agile principles by supporting the different entrepreneurial roles in day-to-day work and within the given conditions. Since ideas of agility vary from company to company, I clarify together with those involved what is meant by the respective agile framework, which mindset is required, and which consistency is needed in implementation.

My coaching services are requested from all sectors. This covers a range from founders to teachers as well as skilled workers and managers from the service sector and the industrial sector.
• I design and support team coaching sessions that sustainably promote collaboration and personal responsibility. Among other things, I was able to successfully implement my own format, "Coaching Inter Pares," at SWK AG – an approach that enables colleagues to support each other in a solution-oriented way and thus shape development from within the team.
• In the context of IT and software rollouts, I support companies from the professional clarification of goals through implementation to the sustainable optimization of the solutions in day-to-day operations. The focus is not primarily on the systems, but on the underlying processes, roles, and decision-making logic. I support the translation of business requirements into viable IT concepts, structure unclear or historically grown system landscapes, and make sure that software does not remain an end in itself, but measurably improves the organization's ability to work. I place particular emphasis on user acceptance, the clean integration into existing leadership and management models, and iterative optimization loops after go-live.
