A company is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help customers integrate AI voice solutions in the area of customer service. The goal of the project is to implement innovative voice solutions that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this role, the Solution Architect will work closely with customers to analyze their needs, design technical solutions, and support implementation.

Analyze customer requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Design and architect AI voice solutions for customer service.
Support the integration of the solutions into existing systems.
Work with internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of the solutions.

Requirements

Experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in the area of AI and customer service.
Knowledge of integrating AI voice technologies.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and turn them into workable solutions.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams.
