Description
A company is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a subproject as part of the modernization of a core banking solution. The goal is the agile coordination and facilitation of a team working on the re-engineering of a Java-based application for loan processing. The Scrum Master will work independently in an external team that is operating remotely, with occasional assignments in Frankfurt am Main.
- Agile coordination and facilitation of the team
- Introduction and optimization of Scrum, Kanban, and Flight Levels
- Support with test and release management
- Coaching and facilitation of team members
- Use of JIRA and Confluence for agile project management
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in banks or financial service providers
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Flight Levels, OKR
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience with test and release management
- Understanding of banking processes
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile transformations
