Description
- Conduct UX research (e.g. interviews, user tests, analysis)
- Design and create user journeys, flows, and interfaces
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs
- Validate concepts through testing and user feedback
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders
- Ensure consistent use of design systems and UI guidelines
Requirements
- Several years of experience (around 5+ years) in UX or product design
- Strong knowledge of the full UX process (research, ideation, prototyping, testing, delivery)
- Experience designing digital products (web & mobile)
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience with design systems and UI guidelines is a plus
- Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g., banking, insurance, enterprise) is a plus
- Strong user and product understanding
- Structured, analytical, and creative work style
