Description
- Conduct UX research (e.g. interviews, user tests, analyses)
- Conceptualize and design user journeys, flows, and interfaces
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs
- Validate concepts through testing and user feedback
- Work closely with stakeholders from business and IT
- Ensure the consistent use of design systems and UI guidelines
Requirements
- Several years of experience (around 5+ years) in UX design or product design
- Very good knowledge of the full UX process (research, ideation, prototyping, testing, delivery)
- Experience designing digital products (web & mobile)
- Confident use of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
- Experience with design systems and UI guidelines is an advantage
- Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g. banking, insurance, enterprise) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of users and products
- Structured, analytical, and creative way of working
