Description
- Subject matter support for a data protection team in designing company-wide AI and agentic AI data protection governance
- Design and further development of suitable governance structures for the use of AI and agentic AI systems
- Drafting and creating policies, governance artifacts, framework documents, and other governance foundations
- Embedding data protection governance into an overarching governance system
- Defining and aligning interfaces and data protection requirements with adjacent governance areas, especially AI governance, information security, and data governance
Requirements
- practical experience in creating and implementing company-wide data protection and/or AI governance structures
- More than 3 years of proven expertise in AI law
- More than 3 years of solid experience with AI technologies, AI architectures, and typical data flows
- practical experience with AI, agentic AI, and the EU AI Act, as well as a basic technical understanding of how AI systems work and are implemented
- experience in designing, drafting, and aligning data protection governance systems, ideally including data protection management systems and related operational organization
