Description
An internationally active company in the kitchen manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced Sales Sparring Partner to support the VP Sales in developing and validating a market entry strategy for the USA and Asia. The focus is on a professional exchange on equal footing, not on operational execution.
The goal of the project is to advise the VP Sales on developing a viable go-to-market approach and to take cultural and structural specifics of the target markets into account.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on sales experience in the USA and/or Asia, ideally in both regions.
- Experience in a sales leadership position, e.g. as Sales Manager, VP Sales, or a comparable role.
- Ability to act as a sparring partner on equal footing with a VP Sales, not as a classic trainer or coach without operational experience.
- German language skills are an advantage, but not required.
- Flexible location; candidates based in the USA or Asia are also suitable.
