Description

  • Concepting, UX/UI design, and further development of complex web platforms
  • Building, maintaining, and migrating design systems (Figma design systems, Shopware-based, migration from Sketch to Figma, introduction of design tokens)
  • Creating UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components in Figma, including developer handoff and documentation in Confluence
  • UX optimization through A/B tests and usage analysis (Adobe Target, Mouseflow)

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of UX/UI design, user research, usability testing, prototyping, and A/B testing
  • Very good knowledge of working with Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, Shopware, Adobe Target, Mouseflow, and Eyeable
  • Very good knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Notion, as well as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Very good knowledge of agile work environments according to Scrum, including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and IREB Foundation
