Description
- Conceptualization, UX/UI design and further development of complex web platforms
- Development, maintenance and migration of design systems (Figma design systems, Shopware-based, migration from Sketch to Figma, introduction of design tokens)
- Creation of UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes and UI components in Figma, including developer handoff and documentation in Confluence
- UX optimization through A/B testing and usage analysis (Adobe Target, Mouseflow)
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of UX/UI design, user research, usability testing, prototyping and A/B testing
- Very good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, Shopware, Adobe Target, Mouseflow and Eyeable
- Very good knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Miro and Notion, as well as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Very good knowledge of agile work environments based on Scrum, including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and IREB Foundation
